Resolution Process:

3. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement for the full order, partial replacement, or provide a solution for the damaged part.
Exceptions:
Since each order is unique, we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects or damages. We appreciate your understanding of our custom order policy.
