Order Processing Time:

• Our standard order processing time is 5 to 7 business days. Please note that this time frame excludes weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Location:

• All orders are shipped from our studio located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada.

Shipping Method:

• We offer untracked letter mail delivery through Canada Post to provide you with an affordable shipping option.
• All the orders from the USA will be shipped with USPS.

Tracking and Expedited Shipping:

• If you prefer tracking or faster shipping, you have the option to select these during the checkout process.

Shipping Times:

• Canada: 7 to 12 business days
• USA: 12 to 14 business days
• Other Countries: 2 to 3 weeks (delivery time may vary depending on your country's location)

Customs Duties:

• For orders shipped to foreign countries, any applicable customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer. Delays in customs processing are beyond our control.

Address Changes:

• Once the product is shipped, we do not have control over delivery timings or the ability to change your address. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate during the checkout process.
